Biography

Dare to Detail was born from a lifetime of looking after cars long before it became a business. I grew up cleaning my parents’ cars for free - weekends spent vacuuming, wiping, and making their vehicles look new again, simply because I loved the process. As an adult, caring for my own cars became second nature, and since 2012 I’ve kept each one spotless, organised, and well-maintained with pride.

Over the years, friends and family started asking me to “do mine next,” trusting me with their cars because they saw the results and knew I genuinely enjoyed the work. What began as a hobby became a natural progression into something bigger - a detailing service built on passion, consistency, and a standard of care that’s been years in the making.

Dare to Detail is the result of that journey: a small business created from experience, pride, and a love for transforming every car I touch.

Hot it was on Tuesday- 29 degrees. Hot for a Spring day. Katarina reversed her vehicle up the drive for her 9.30 am start with all that was necessary for her day. She worked steadily with neither breaks nor slowdowns. Nothing was missed. Nothing was left undone. Upon completion our car was almost as it had been the day we drove it home over sixteen years ago.
